Board listen up, If you noticed that buying last year did you notice anything in particular? That volume came a few months before the activation of DLMI on the UT SOS! Those were insiders buying DLMI up to .19! If insiders are buying this up to .19 that should tell you A LOT. They wouldnt be buying up to those prices if they didnt think they would make money off of those purchases.
