141 Capital Inc (fka ONCP)

Found the Fl Sunbiz, and looked up the date in which the article of incorporation was filed. Then Verified CIK#'s based upon what SEC is showing. Presently two CIK's are out there. There is a definite mixing of information regarding the OFON trading symbol as 141 Capital information hasn't been updated completely yet on Pinksheet or SEC website. Therefore, it now seems likely that yet another delay is now happening until such time the information can be corrected. I think I'll go back to Snoooze ville.
