NRTLQ-I look @ Nortel in the same situation as Pilgram's Pride (PGPDQ). Look @ the charts. PGPDQ now @ .61. That is great...
I believe NRTLQ is now oversold and will take off this week.I had thought today would be it, but man I was Wrong...
