I see what you are talking about, the move from DE to FL, but 141 Capital has been on sunbiz.org for quite some time now (the Florida secretary of state)

Praying for PR blitz to start tomorrow starting at 8:31 a.m.

The one nice thing about OFON, if no PR by 8:31 a.m., you know there will not be a PR that day
