CortDev, Inc. Clarifies Status of St. Hubert Project Update

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CDVJ--
CortDev, Inc. (CDVJ: Pink Sheets) wishes to announce
that there was an unforeseen delay in developing the financials for
the St. Hubert Airport project; specifically revisions were required
with respect to the projected gross income and profits. Thus due to
the lack of this information the press release providing the complete
update on the project status will be delayed. The Company regrets this
delay and assures all investors that the press release is forthcoming
upon accounting figures being updated. CDVJ is awaiting updated
accounting figures from the other party. Aside from this minor delay,
the project is still on track.
CDVJ is pleased to announce that the Company is in advanced
negotiations to purchase an OTC Bulletin Board shell. This shell will
be used to assist CDVJ in attaining OTC status quicker than originally
projected. In general it takes approximately 30-45 days to reach OTC
status following the purchase of a Bulletin Board shell. Further
details of this purchase will be disclosed once the deal has been
finalized.
