Well since we don't know the exchange involved there is no way to check out Newtons statement. As it is we have a general statement without any specifics and then others voice the opinion that this explains the silence and the reluctance of many skeptics to except such explanations especially from a triple zero-one pinky.
Some have suggested that the PPS would be arbitrarily set by the new exchange but in truth there is no evidence that RCCH is making any revenues whatsoever. We know that IWS hasn't made any money or they would have PR'd it. Having a handful of contracts awarded in the past means nothing if those projects cannot find funding to pay contractors such as ISW. In this environment spec housing projects are not being funded as they were prior to 2008. Newton was saying they would have revenues from IWS by June 2008 but that has not come to pass or they would have PR'd it since obviously that issue is the main key to a companies survival or failure.
IWS has potential but who knows how long it will take to ever start making money and the way they have been going I don't think their presence is going to help an uplisting since they offer no income streams. JMO.
