AMA,

For what it's worth, during the creditors mtg RS publicly disclosed that production and inventory were up significantly. This was his only claim to fame and was in response to a Q. I asked him. I asked what if anything has he accomplished during his tenure as COO ? I asked about sales too and his att'y answered for him declaring that it is very hard to sell a drug in Nigeria.

This led to a forceful and pointed response from Shekhar Basu essentially grilling the att'y about his "experience" in selling drugs to which the att'y had no answer except to say that as a lawyer he does not operate in the real world ! I kid you not.

Btw, I do not agree w/ your assessment re: S. Basu. If you read one of lmf's recent posts and click on the link you will see that Basu is an unsecured creditor. And yes he has egg on his face for recommending XKEM to his clients; so do I. Don't know why in the world he wouldn't want the co. to succeed.

A Q. I have is: what was the defining/triggering event that led RS to file for BK. To my knowledge, the creditors were waiting. Further, the larger picture shows that we as common S/H's represent a small % ownership in a fully diluted XKEM. So, why disenfranchise us ?

I'd hate to think this has all boiled down to a pissin match between RS and DP as we are "in the middle".
