I have the same concerns. I am also worried that Apple will somehow crush Qtrax because I can't imagine they will let Qtrax do this easily.

I feel like selling my shares on a pop for that reason; after a launch or Warner announcement. On the other hand, I would buy them right back after a dip, which it always seems to do, and keep it for the long haul. I don't know. I'm not sure myself.
