Hi PE - It wouldn't surprise me if the OS increased a little. But I stress "little". Yes, it would surprise me if it increased significantly. If I remember right, and don't quote me, Keith mentioned that they would use shares at times, if the it sealed a key lease or a vender requested them. But I also got the impression that this scenario doesn't happen much anymore with the pps so low.

At the same time, I still would not simply say "dilution". I'd want to see how they were used. I hope that this spring we start to see more clarity in regards to hemi's value. Hopefully some of my questions will be answered this Friday. Pink Elephant - Send me an email if you have any specific.
