Here ya go and then review those posts on the message board
from August and September. Sometime later someone injected into the conversation on the board about this usally taking 3 years and Newton was going to do it in one year. That was a
rumor which got started and is still kicking around.

But why kick this around when you have a statement from the CEO in an email from May that RCCH was worth $3.50 a share?
And here we are 8 months later and it is worth .0001. That
is a considerable credibility gap.
