Key would being "projections" and nothing since on any actual
revenues or the status of projects PR'd in the spring of 2008
as bringing in rev's not later than July 2008. Didn't happen.

To have any value a company needs to be making revenues and
Gene Newton has not PR'd that they have had any for the past
18 months. So how are they paying the bills?

I think it is fairly obvious that the shareholders who have been buying the stock are meeting their cash flow needs so far as demonstrated by all the signs of dilution which are apparent.

Its what most of the penny stocks do but at least some of them
do have revenues which they PR. This stock has zero in the way of PR rev's. The market agrees with my view and is why you are at the very bottom of the PPS chain. This is a process which has been going on since 2007 and over that
period of time Newton has not delivered on his projections or
promises.

I have yet to hear one logical explanation of how RCCH is supposed to qualify for an uplisting to a "higher" international exchange based on their condition and PPS.
Some claim IWS is worth money but how can that be when they
have failed to put one system in the ground since Newton took over and been paid for it.
