The only company RCCH has acquired since it has been cellar boxed is EZEE Debt. Between that and the IWS acquisition it has been JV deals.

Gene Newton has not PR'd that the company has ever made any actual money. He has PR'd that they are bidding but that has been going on for more than a year.

You have to ask yourself what "higher exchange" would take on a company that is trading on the American pinks for .0001. The PPS can't offically go any lower.

Those who claim the company is worth millions are missing the point of reality and just guessing there is something of value
to RCCH. Likewise the claims of being debt free when they have produced no income since they began the IWS/RCCH venture.
If they had even one project I am sure Newton would have PR'd
it. His cliams of a year ago have not come to pass and nothing is said anymore about them.
