There's communicating and there's promoting/spamming/touting.

Communicating is simple. Post about the stock on a board or two that you're a regular at. Interact with the other board members about the stock. That's totally groovy.

Promoting/spamming/touting is going to boards you rarely/if ever post on, putting out some DD sheet/quick line about a company.

Is that more clear?
