Can you ask him for some facts this time? Ask him for numbers on the UltraSafe units, ask him for a number of units sold in the last month. Simple straight forward question that should be extremely easy to answer for any company such as this.
Ask him what the profit margin per unit is.
Ask him besides the network marketing what other avenues are taken to sell these units.
Ask him who to contact for replacement filters and maintenance.
Ask him if the units are NSF certified. I'm sure they are but ask so that we know for sure.

Ask him about the Vancouver deal. Is it put on hold indefinately becuase of snow? So if they don't fire up the helicopter this spring how will the clarifiers be moved and installed? Ask him about the permits filed. That should be easy to verify. Have permits been filed?
Ask him about how they plan on removing the sludge? Do they have a plan of action for this? Again, preapproval and permits?
