oh my, authorized just upped to FIVE BILLION common and ONE BILLION preferred doc # 20081532418 attanchment 1 on 10/6/2008

pm 11/2007 the authorized was increased to TWO AND HALF BILLION common and 250 thousand preferred. doc #20071514370

on 4/12/2006 the authrized was increased to 500 million common and 50 million preferred doc # 20061157633

so in 2 years we go from 50 million to 5 BILLION. LMFAO thats a whole lot of stock
