Washington Mutual Preferred fka WAMPQ

It was posted here several weeks ago if I recall. Filing for BK was one of the items that triggered it. I don't think that is the right angle though. The question should be (IMO): "Where does it state that post BK shares are worthless?"

I recall someone stating that the "default event" locked WAMPQ shares in a face value or an equivalent number of commons to equal face value in the event of conversion.

Im still learning...
