According to the PR they stated they have retired 125m RME shares as of Jan 15 and that they have purchased another 55m (no mention of retiring them). The Q stated 133,577,066 and 76,623,293 also being retired.

That is a grand total of 335,200,359 that have been promised or already retired.

I will be waiting also...
