My wishes LFM are that we all sit back, relax today, watch a little football and enjoy the many blessings we have.

In the meantime, continue to "constructively" look at the issue we have with Friday's PR from the SEC.
Without "knowing" all of the facts, it is pure speculation "why" the Form 8-K was filed and if it is all bad or all good. Reading between the lines can get us in a lot of trouble:)

"My guess is Unsupported??" We need to wait for EI Corporate to give us the Support before anyone makes a bad decision:)
Hopefully before the open on Tuesday we will have a "clarification" from EI Corporate on Friday's PR, and what will be happening with EI in the short-term.
Isn't the 30 days just about up for the OFFICIAL "UP-LIST??" Too much for me going to happen with EI short-term for me to Close any books:)
