that I had on this subject matter. I think that Bentley did know about Torvec's Iso-torque technology. Bentley might have obtained a few of the old torsen differentials in order to assess the market place's demand for the feature.
When JG announces a major development a week from Thursday (at the latest), it is very likely to involve the Iso-torque differential technology.
Technically, an Iso-Torque differential is a Torsen, isn't it? Do you think that there is any possibility that the Bentley has installed the Iso-Torque and is marketing it as a Torsen? Stranger things have happened.
But, even if that were the case, a deal with Bentley wouldn't be (IMO) a major development. It would only (IMO) be an endorsement level use like the NASA project is. In order for an announcement to be a major development, it would have to involve a manufacturing operation with some actual market share. I don't know anyone who drives a Bentley, but I know lots of people who would pay extra for all wheel drive Iso-Torque differential in their vehicles.
Here's hoping for a real major development announcement, or two!
