Please post the evidence you have of fraud. I stress "valid" evidence you could use in court. "So called" miss-management is not fraud.

A 50000/1 rs is not fraud, it is perfectly legal.

Delaying a product release is not fraud.

Not publishing a business plan is not fraud.
