That would be correct. And if by some chance, the 1 for 1 stock dividend takes place before the .005 per share cash dividend, you are talking 4 million dollars. Shorts would be required to borrow shares to cover the stock dividend, and then pay .005 per share for twice the number shares they had originally shorted.
