I have been invested here for quite some time now as you might have noticed if you have kept track of this discussion board.
Now I have to ask myself what it was that drew me to invest in this company in the first place. Was it the fact that the share structure was just awesome at the time? No because I really didn't know squat about share structures at the time. Was it the fact that the 504 financing was ending and the shares were really and I do mean really cheap. Well I would be lying if I were to say that this was not a factor but not the main reason that I decided to put money here.
The main reason that I invested here in the first place was that I liked the concept and thought it to be a great idea that had never been tried. I saw that EI had a license deal with MLB, the Vatican Library and several others and that pretty much sealed the deal for me. I invested in the company and have been through the R/S and have continued to invest money here because I believe in the company and its chance to succeed and become a major player in a recession resistant industry.
What has changed since I first put some cash here? Well the company has mangaged to bring more products into the marketplace, secure manufacturing commitments, and broadened the distribution network a hundred fold. Management has told us that they were going to uplist to a higher exchange and operate as a fully reporting company, this is happening right at the moment. Now that I think about it nothing has really changed at all about the company except that we are much farther along the path to success than when I first decided to back a startup with a concept and a dream and not much else.
I am still going to be invested here on Tuesday and if you see shares for sale you can rest assured that they are not coming from my direction!!
