OK, here's the real inside dope on Hollywood. The hot film of the year was not "The Grinch" or "Mission:
Impossible-2," but rather "Tarzan."
Yes, "Tarzan."
And Universal didn't really threaten Disney's market share: the Mouse House had the top three
money-makers of the year.

And if you want to talk about real blockbusters, how about "The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea"? Of
course, we're talking here about the video world, not theatrical films (which everyone tends to fixate on).
The vid world hit $20 billion for the first time -- nearly triple the take of the domestic box office.
