Let`s face the facts here.
The DTC just can`t get it done! The DTC couldn`t change the 106`s for 205`s.
The DTC can`t pull off a R\S because they don`t even know, (or will not acknowledge) how many of the company`s shares are out in the market oor that they defrauded over one thousand investors.

The DTC fell short with a fraud enforcement,where they allowed
Pammy and Pino to defraud over one thousand investors.

The DTC can`t after many attempts stop this from trading,
to come up with any valid reason to keep this from trading.

So the long and short is the DTC has absolutely no idea how to run a public organization. Anyone that says differently is not paying attention. IMO
