ORRV has several potential treasure wreck sites that I believe they will be surveying in the very near future. ORRV either finds them or doesn't. I feel very confident that once the first survey is completed that there will be positive news coming out.
As far as the dilution question that you asked about. I am sure that as in any company, even Odyssey Marine. The company will have to sell some stock to raise capitol. I will also say this. I will be buying stock in ORRV. If I thought I wouldn't make money on my investment in this company. I certainly wouldn't invest my money.
