A. Assuming the new symbol, traded on as of yet unannounced exchange does not have an equivalent ADR, then the answer to your question would be yes, most likely the new symbol would trade in a foreign currency.

Many thanks for that complete answer. I know what NSS is but I have never been sure how they get away with it. International exchange==does that mean the stock would then be valued in some other CURRENCY than US DOLLARS? I want to get rich as much as the other guy it is just that reading this board sounds identical to a couple of others I have been involved in etc. I will probably buy some next week and once more walk to the back of the cave to see the critter and wake up with a lump on my head and my pockets empty.
