You are right on the money. I have only ever heard that BLLN will never be worth much, only Qtrax in whatever form it reaches the sharemarket.(*If* it does, I suppose) That's why so much hinges on a spin off - and why it is important for BLLN shareholders to know what the deal is for them. So far, no news whatsoever. Scary stuff.
BLLN shareholders need to know what is to happen with their holdings -if the company refuses to say, then SEC should require them to do it. Now.
