Blockbuster - IBTY and ECLF were both pretty elaborate cons. Especially IBTY! They both went to a few dollars and wound up at .0001. IBTY did an R/S of 4000 to 1, changed to IBOT and tried another con - It didn't last long.... ECFL changed to MNTY, barely got off the ground, and has been at no-bid for months now.. The SEC has been investigating both of them.
