not only is the hard launch for those who may carry the signal, but a constant advert for whoever may want to buy them,,,like that channel on your cable which advertises all the real-estate,...COME SEE WHAT CAN BE YOURS FOR A BARGAIN PRICE OF ONLY 5 BILLION DOLLARS,, sort of thing..
i, not too long ago, read a post that frank was willing to take 5 billion for qtelevision. I dont take that post with any seriousness however, but it does make you think.. what if frank is delaying any pr's for a carrier because maybe a buyout is in the works..It may cost viacom less than 5 billion,but i bet not much less, to set up their own network, but if you take in account the lost revenue from time lost in order to set their own network up, considering q is ready,,, it may be in the best interrest to all to buy us,,,, we all get paid a fair price,, viacom has one less channel to compete with,,
,, all this is just an opinion of course
