"Grand slam" misrepresents my statements about RD ( sleep apnea would be a 'grand slam', but that has yet to be established).

As to the mischaracterization, I spend as much time looking at market and financing factors these days as I do science/patient need---because if companies can't figure out the former, they'll never have a shot at the latter. My time at JP Morgan this week had essentially nothing to do with science--it was all about the business of the industry, how companies can get the money to need to survive, and what they have to give up to get it.

I agree that no one--including myself--knows what's going to happen. It may not pertain specifically to you, but my comment about the 'out of sight' phenomenon refers to those who believe that, based on the lack of activity within their sight, that nothing is going on, that no efforts are being made. That's incorrect.
