The disclosure of further dilution is the killer
incredibly disappointing so no one try to spin me about dilution better in the long run unless they show they can get funding by some other means. I've heard every positive spin on dilution [note my grandfather status here] and it is never positive at this level!

Seems to me those here in closer relationship with management conveyed they, management, could move on without dilution but such is not the case so bottom line is that acquired gold/diamonds so far is insufficient to fund operations here.

Will there be more dilution? If with every PR they dilute they will kill this stock. This will not repeat last two years moves IMO.Each significant move in a dilution minded state will just attract flippers piggy backing MM's so those who cannot consistently everyday trade during market will be forced to be so LONG it becomes ridiculous time wise for any significant price moves! Those here who are long better start a new strategy with trading SGCP. When it hits below .003 is a good start.Flip it when it moves on PR!
