Haod, I'm guilty of spending too much time tuned into Coast to Coast with George Noory ( Steve Quayle's on tonight, doom and gloom city)...I'm still miffed at ENMD management being less than truthful about the phase 1 new panzem trials starting spring of 04....There is building boom here in Texas too, but there's a catch. The banksters and real estate boys pulled a fast one. They lowered the finance rates, but jacked up the prices. Add soaring insurance rates and property taxes, and that 200K fiber board shack doesn't look so good. I paid my modest house off years ago,I feel for the folks making $1500 a month payments. Getting off topic now, I'm through with the rant.
