It's a misunderstanding of the conference call as I had. When questions like "what are your concrete deliverables for 2009?" were asked, he forgot to mention the whole buyback and uplist topic and that made some people such as myself uncomfortable. For me personally, I know he probably just missed out on that because he did mention it later...therefore I didn't sell. Some may have just heard his response for that and decided to sell.

I saw a lot of people dropping off the call in the middle after only hearing a portion of the call.
