I don't think there was any other problem with the Chinese,
but my concern is that there may have been a time limit on the letter of credit from the Bank of China. I don't know what the arrangements were in that regard. If so, it may still have been renewable subject to the agreement of the parties.
I once asked Daniel about what they would do if the Chinese deal didn't work out for one reason or another, and he said they would enter other Asian markets. Their continued silence tells me, though, that they are still working with the Chinese, buts its impossible to get anything confirmed at this point in time.
