some RCCH DD on hell freezing over.

If you say Hell must freeze over for the RCCH uplist to be completed then we must be close. It is a fact that Hell has frozen over, at least the Hell right next to Trondheim, Norway.

Take a look at this weather forecast and you will see the temperatures are in the negative part of the Centigrade temperature scale, whre zero denotes the freezing point of water.

Not sure why you think Hell needs to be frozen over for RCCH to uplist, but Hell has, so I take it the final conditions have been met for an up listing of RCCH.
