islandboy - I believe the concern Tony and I have - although I shouldn't really be speaking for Tony - is more that Frank should not have made the representation if he was not going to respond. Has anyone who's emailed FO heard from him. I am starting to sense a pattern where representations are made and they are not being fulfilled. While I am long on the Q, Frank and company would be better off remaining silent and producing only when something materializes.
