If you remember, it was WARNER who was the first to proclaim at Midem that they did not have a signed contract for Qtrax's new model (Free, Unlimited P2P).

Also remember that they DID have a contract (actually all FOUR labels did) with Qtrax, but they expired 12/31/07 AND they were for a different tracking/pricing scheme.

Warner plays hardball. But Qtrax is up to the game. And will win, IMO.
