As of January 15, 2009 the share structure has been reduced to approximately 780,000,000 common shares issued and outstanding. (PR)

As of January 13, 2009, the Company had 1,170,332,648 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.(10-Q)


subtracted from NOV 2008 the numbers work...please explain why they would file with SEC 1.2bil then turn around and PR NOV 08 numbers to make the statement 780mil O/S....
