The KQ's are good but the PQ's do have a higher potential payout...The only thing with the PQ's are that there are some unknown factors in regards to the conversion to common...We do know that a clause with these were triggered since they filed for Ch. 11 which states they have to acknowledge face value ($1000). The only way these can be converted to common (1:114.8) is if a buyout occurs and if that's part of the agreement..It doesn't mean that will happen if a buyout occurs but it is a possibility...Like I said, there are some unknowns but the potential is much greater with the PQ's over any of the others..
