Morning All,
AMNE is canceling the proposed Preferred stock dividend until the new Board members are seated and they meet to discuss what options are best suited for the shareholders and the Company. This will allow the Company time to complete the transaction with Paradigm and possibly another company AMNE has been speaking with.
Longs should be considered for free shares first IMO,but I believe that it will give shares some how. Looks like we got a deal with the $25,000 paid down as part of the $50,000 to close deal.
