It used to be that at Intel you could get a security violation writeup for having an exposed piece of paper on your desk if it said "Intel Confidential". For customers to be posting complete presentations on the web seems seems a bit inconsistent. It would be hard for Intel to argue in a court of law that they take their confidentiality seriously if they let their customers publicly post confidential material.
