Maybe they will go through the trouble to file the paperwork to lower the AS. The reason for the increased AS only recently went away. Furth himself was publicly talking about this.

However, the increase was proportionally not that big, and this little drama is coming to a head very soon, so it turns into a case of, "Why bother?" since it is an irrelevant issue anyway.
