Tiger has stated he is a contrarian. When everyone of this board was touting CRYX, he was talking it down. Lately, even some CRYX die-hards are talking it down, therefore Tiger will talk it up. I agree with Tiger's methodology.
"Have you seen the bylaws? How would you know if they're in violation or not?"
I believe in the State of California, corporations are required to have an annual shareholders meeting. Trey Meehan has stated both in writing about CYRX and in email correspondence that, unequivably, CRYX is in violation of their bylaws. He knows CYRX. It's been over 2 years since I've read the bylaws, so I don't remember, and also at the time, it wasn't something I was worried about.

I agree, Cryoport, starting this quarter, I hope the days of very little communication are over.
"My question to the board, if things sound so dire, if dilution is going to be a killer, or if financing isn't achieved, and closing the doors is our last option, than why are we still holding on to the stock?"
I don't know how many shares everyone else on this board has, but my investment is huge. I could start selling tomorrow, but it would take weeks to liquidate all my shares and by the time I was done the price would be down to .12/share. Right now the percentage play for me is to hang on. I've been slowing increasing my shares to counter-act dilution, but after Peter Berry's sale of 50,000+ shares in December to cover his AMT, I'm done buying any more. Although Trey Meehan said he didn't think PB's sale was any big deal, I was, at best, upset that PB has been placed in a position that he can't pay his taxes, and at worst, upset by the implications of this sale to the buying market.
