I'm just hoping there is a deep pocket shareholder who lost many millions because he simply believed the PR's were in fact genuine and passionately wants certain responsible folks to pay dearly for all that touting without ever getting any third party acknowledgment the stuff touted was WAS accurate.

Just my opinion of course...
