i am sure someone can answer this better, but my basic answer is that this is a pinky right now so the MM's own the game down here. they can manipulate the share price down for profit. at this point there was / is no concrete evidence that the stock was worth .95 so the MM's play their games. and the share structure has surely changed since it was trading at .95 IMO...though i don't believe it is massive dilution by the company!
