Kramer: The Madoff case is one of Bush admin malfunctioning policies and decisions that they did not discover the unusual activities -- likely they hid it until now. Sooner they have dealt with the Madoff case, it would have been better. It is obvious that they waited until Bush is about to get out of the position.

With all home land security hype, they could not detect the obvious Madoff case is blunt and ridiculous. It's sickening to hear the Bush admin manipulation of various kinds including the Madoff case, R.E. bubble/crash, USS Bush costing $6.2 billion, and 911/Iraq -- making a few filthy rich using bubble/crash with the scheme.
