Everyone,

Can we put this topic to rest. Slaz's explanation is accurate except WHAT IS THE CAPITAL valuation of BIHC? Anyone seen an income statement, cash flow, retained earnings? No, so the point is the distinction is only in our minds because the only point I WILL argue is this:

If anyone thinks that AFTER the dividend, the share price will not reflect the diluted value of the shares, then I'd like an explanation as to why.

I do think we will get our 1:1 dividend, it's just I also think we'll see a 1/2 reduction in the share value since as an investor even I can't ascertain a reason why it wouldn't. Heck if it is worth .01 with 200M shares why wouldn't it be worth .005 with 400M. If I can't figure it out then I would imagine a majority of shareholders can't either?
