For purpose of Regulation FD Disclosure, Innovative Card Technologies, Inc. ("Company") is disclosing that it has received a purchase order ("PO") in the amount of $3,737,988. The Company will not recognize any revenue associated with the PO until such time as all conditions for revenue recognition under GAAP and the Company's revenue recognition policy are met.
