Managing growth & dilution is a challenging task for startup business'. To little dilution inhibits growth..to much inhibits share price.
Same effect debt has for private companies, difference being with companies using stock is they don't suffer the failure..shareholders get the priviledge of taking the whammy!
The OS growth in the last year +/- has certainly impacted the sp..
Confidence and sentiment change in a blink in pinkie & bb land, and has certainly created the trading opportunities in the last year.
IMO...these companies are always suspect, the more time that passes before what ever event is being anticipated...the less confidence & interest folks have...which in most cases is warranted.
Of course..these are only my thoughts and opinions...
Longs often accuse traders of being too shortsighted and the cause for the demise of shareprice...
I opt to think it prudent to be cautiously optimistic...seen / invested in a few too many "Life Changer", "the Only Real Company in All the Land", "this is the Real Deal"...that in the end fell far short from the euphoric expectations.
