this sounds familiar....

reg sho is bogus.... it is meaningless...

SEC has created a policy that assures that they CANNOT police this situation....

SEC says that nss is illegal on one hand and then they create a legal clearing mechanism that makes it illegal to investigate it due to the necessity of guarding propriatary information....
